- 6 cooked bratwursts or Polish sausages, cut into 12-inch pieces
- 4 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
- 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. The bratwurst sausage recipe is ready to serves.....enjoy it !
